Yes I said it... it takes skill now, to be able to know how to get away from missles and then sneak up on people... omg it's great i love this patch. Got 7 straight AA kills yesterday, then hoppped into a plane which everybody was too afraid to get in, and then dominated in it. Thanks you EA no more noobs hogging the planes. Wanna get better? LOMAC.

You know why there aren't that many posts from people saying they love the new patch?
Because there weren't that many good pilots.
The ones that could'nt fly already know they couldn't. The problem was with the large majority that thought just because they could get it off the ground without crashing they were pilots. They would end the game with a 11 kills -13 for tks (half of those were to steal the plane) and 15 deaths. Yeah buddy you are a pilot.
Now they can't motor around waiting for an easy target. They have to go get them which is what good pilots have been doing all along.
So for all you wannabe pilots out there who thought you could fly. If you now you get killed a lot. If you think the aa is to accurate, If you think the other guys missles lock on to good. Guess what ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
YOU WERE NEVER A PILOT TO START WITH.

funny how ppl get good rounds when no other pilots chasing them think they r godly.
Let me break this down for you:
Taking out a few AA sites-1 sec of cannon spray(easy).
Not to get locked on by AA sites-Flying outside of AA sites' range(easy). Having a f15 fire 4 missiles and take down ur godly J10 when ur doing instance moves and accelerate like no tomorrow to avoid them-priceless.
I can kill over 50 ppl in a plane before, and I can still kill a good amount of ppl now, under one condition, the jets on the other side decided to have truce with u and each of you get ur seperate ownage.Comment

Manouvers work for me, not just the old turning as it worked before, do complicated manouvers, half loop, then invert it and roll 90 degrees followed up by a barrel roll or something, I just go with the flow.Originally posted by AdonludeComment

Yah I love the new aa system, its actualy kinda fun now knowing that when that red light flashes, there is actually the chance for you to die. Plus as mentioned it also keeps the skies free of those that re to afraid, but as long as you know what your doing, aa is still quite easy to dodge, just fly through some obstacles and the missles will most likely miss. Aweel timed barrel roll actually works quite good. Yesterday in a serve i did one as i was chasing an enemy jet, saw the missle go right above me as i looped, and it hit the jet infront of me.Comment
