OMG man why did you feel the need to post this useless thing about what you do while you command?? Everyone knows how to command!

Actually not everyone knows how to command. There is a little skill involved in really good commanding. 90% of my gold medals (46) are from commanding, almost all of my silvers (46) are from commanding and 1/2 of my bronze are from commanding (38) so saying that everyone knows how to command is a severe generalization.
