I have done it once, but not since.
I remember it though wake island and I had a J10 painting me up like crazy, the lockon warning was constant but he was garbage with the cannon.
So he just kept making passes and firing 1 missile, each time he did I fired off 6-7 rockets, on the third or fourth pass luckily one hit. He was pretty ****ed lol. :p

I've been shot down by a guy with an eryx. I was new to planes and was testing out what the planes could do, was going real slow checkin how long you had to MG a tank before it blew up and the driver hopped out and owned me.

I watched a clanmate on Wake take a jet down w/Eryx as well, it was hawt :)

On Oman we had all the flags so I was sitting on the beach in a T90 and put a round into a F35 that came by to bomb me.....but it didnt kill him

ive done it loads of times with my main rockets while flying, however half of those times the destroyed plane would then crash into my heli

but ive masterd using the tv missile while flying at the same time and ive takin down a few planes this way. the most satisfying are the times i trailed a slow flying plane with the tv missile and cought up and killed him.

and yeah ive been called a hacker/cheater many a time

:laugh: Gotta love those people who say jets are not overpowered, then throw a fit of hackussations when you kill them.

I've never shot down a jet in a heli though.

I've taken several jets with TV missiles, impossible on the Mi-28 though, bugged TV missiles (It was the Mi-28 that couldn't move when pointed at sky right?...)

i was in a tank on daqing, fired a shell at an enemy jet that jsut missed bombing me. missed him, but got the second jet that i knew nothing about travelling just behind him right in the engine!

Never done it as a gunner, since most pilots are too ignorant to notice you have a shot. But i was playing kubra dam and i shot down a few guys by myself with a quick F2 Right/left click.

I've shot down:

1 F15, I'm in the helo (which has respawned on the ground) in the gunner position, the f15 comes in an slows down and strafes us, and I point the MEC helo cannon at him and pwn him.

1 F35, In the CHI helo, on dalian, an enemy plane shoots past going towards the carrier, I shoot off a TVGM and track into him and shoot him down.

1 MEC bomber (this not in helo), on the runway waiting for the plane to respawn, he comes over, and keeps going to baserape the plane, he does it 4 times (I think), and I miss the shots, then he comes again, flies straight towards where I'm standing, I shoot a SRAW unguided practically straight up in the air. Boom.

Took the pilot out with the Gun of the M-28 before, strangely the plane lived, If would have thought quicker i could have bailed and taken it, as it was going staright at us (The pilot was a total smacktard ramming the chopper like 3 times before i got it).
