I have done it twice, once as pilot and once as co-pilot. Also a clan mate shot down a plane using the Mi-28 cannon.

A guy on our server shot down a plane with a TOW as well.

I've managed to make a J-10 smoke while it was in flight with the guns on a Blackhawk, but that’s it.

Ive done it alot of times now, when a bomber is trying to shoot us down from behind, my piolet just hover higher and i shoot the missle right as it passes us, or when i see a bomber making a turn, i shoot it straight so the jet ends up hitting the missle, its fun

I do this all the time :) yesterday in golf of oman, with the cobra i nailed 3x the bomber, i was hunting him down as he passes around me :)

I recently shot down a bomber once with a transport when it was flying over to bomb a flag in zatar wetlands. Nice open space plenty of time to gun it out of the sky when it flies overhead at slow speeds.

Yes. Done it 9 timees and counting . It's so satisfying aspecially when a noobish jet pilot is constantly harrasing your chopper and once u get to knkow his flight routines you can predict his approach and line up a good TVG shot.

Last night i also shot down a helo with the MEC bombers Laser guided bomb. Now thats pretty hard even if the chopper was stationary in air. Gotta admit that was like 50% luck.

Never shot a plane down with the chopper but was lucky enough to catch one swooping in for a bombing run in a tank, let the shell go and to my utter disbelief took down the bomber, one and only time I've ever seen or done it and would say it was pure luck but I suppose I did aim for him. Also shot a pilot and gunner from an attack chopper with the sniper rifle from the top of the hotel, the gunner was easy but the pilot was a pot shot as he was disappearing back to base, just watched the helicopter spiral into the sky with a smile on my face.

Yes once guy was hovering killed him with rockets.

shooting jets with heli's is hard, but you only need one or two hits, I killed some jets with choppers as pilot with the misiles , but it where more lucky shots I think

i have done it a few times with some lucky hits or when he has slown down to cannon me...

i used to shoot down mig29s with the cobra missiles on battlefield vietnam

ive done it loads of times with my main rockets while flying, however half of those times the destroyed plane would then crash into my heli

but ive masterd using the tv missile while flying at the same time and ive takin down a few planes this way. the most satisfying are the times i trailed a slow flying plane with the tv missile and cought up and killed him.

and yeah ive been called a hacker/cheater many a time

One of my clanmates managed to TV the F35 twice in one side on Wake Island. One was while he was going in on a repair/reload pass over the carrier, but TV #2 was while he was in full flight.... :)

I've done it as both co-pilot and pilot. Normally, I distract the jet to stop him from camping our jets on the strip, and normally, it works out OK for us.

I'm a pretty good helo pilot, and if I have one of my two buddies with me, in a server without much lag, those TV guided can do pretty much kill anything.

Hell, I've even sat on the airstrip WAITING for the fooker that likes destroying the jets before they can launch, and hit them with an AT rocket...now that my friends, is very exciting. I can just see the pilot try and avoid a rocket coming right for his cockpit. It doesn't happen very often, but it's extremely possible.
