I seriously doubt a raptor would be anything different from F35B in BF2.

It would be, it would be a ton more manuverable than the F-35, F-35 is to F-16, as F-22 is to F-15, in other words F-35 is multirole, F-22A is the air-superority fighter. Anyways, this is such an old arguement, yes teh J-10 is superior to other fighters in all ways except for bombing. It accelerates faster, it turns way better, it can go faster etc. THe prob when bombing is, u go so fast (above 1000 km/hr) and the plane starts to shake, also, going fast when bombing is hard. If people still don't believe me, i'll dig into teh INI files and dig out the truth, which obviously says the J-10 is superior. Anyways, my pick for a plane is the SU-30, more manuverable than all teh other bombers, also, it's pretty much as manuverable as the F-35, in other words, it can hold it's own against fighters easily, and it can easily bomb tanks/apcs to teh next year.

Hey, i'm not a plane whore, look at my stats in a plane, i'm if anything a support whore. Anyways, i just play around with the planes, it's absurdly obvious that the J-10 is superior.

Good :) , anyways, ya, people still have to remember that MEC gets the nice attack heli, US gets the BH(which is kinda unimportant now that chopper capping doesn't work no more), so the chinese gotta get something good. If u don't liek J-10 overpowering, go to a mEC vs. US map.

Yep, armored fury booster pack will bring the A-10. I think it'll just be like a super bomber, as in it has like 7 bombs for the pilot, but only 2 missiles, cause the A-10 has to be weak against enemy planes. Also, i wonder if they'll put in teh A-10B, the two-seater version, or are they gonna have the A-10 be a one seat plane.

Eddy. When I told about F22 not being very surprising, I was still talking about Battlefield2, not real life .

About A-10. Personally I think it will be another F-15. Meaning, A 2 seated bomber with 5 bombs, 4 missiles and Laser Guided missiles for the copilot.

It would be lame to have another clone of the current bombers. How about adding the A-10 with something special. Maybe have its cannon do more damage to armored vehicles?

Ya, that's what i expect EA to do too, i highly doubt that they will actually make a new 'type' of bomber, they'll just take teh F-15, and re-skin it. But ya, i guess since teh lazy developers at EA don't do anything, if the raptor was in teh game, they would not make it good at all (taking away stealth, taking away thrust vectoring etc.).

im sick of flares not working at all. im sick of how when i lock onto an enemy plane my missiles miss every single time, but people never miss me (even with flares out). i tried reinstalling bf2 but its still stuffed.

The F-16 is far more maneuverable than the F-15. The F-15 is much heavier, and usually carries a bigger payload, the F-15E in particular. The F-16 is smaller, with a much better turning circle. IN a dogfight, F-16s would eat F-15s, F-14s and the cheaper F/A-18s.

The F-16 is multirole, sure, but its primary roles are CAP (combat air patrol) and SEAD (suppression of enemy air defense), which the F-117 has taken over (mostly).

LOL you re-installed for that, avoiding AA missiles isnt really about flaring its about flare timing with turning, if you fly staight and flare your dead, if you straight up or down and flare your dead , you must roll and turn left or right while flaring

k so the US chinese and MEC tanks are all the same with different skins the us and chinese helicopters are the same the mecs the fatso with the big anti infantry gun. and tv missiles set lower then the other 2 helicopters. the blackhawk owns the flying cow hands down with its general electric gattling gun. and the j-10 can outturn which is all that dog fighting is in this game with the no G's rule im scared the think wht the euro fighters gonna be with its first release godmode till its patched. and with the new tank being added is it gonna be different or just another skin im going to pay 10 bucks for.

So what if the J-10 is better you just literally laid out yourself why it should be better. If it wasn't better there would be nothing to make up for how much better that USMC blackhawk is compared to the 'flying cow' would there?

Especially seeing as the blackhawk is considerably better than the flying cow and the J-10 is only marginally better than the harrier and that is still debateable.

If anything the J-10 should be even better.
