I've gone against very good pilots in different aircraft, the J10 has better turning which is obvious, but that doesnt mean it will kill me. You just have to do countermeasures, get away, and then sneak attack a J10 pilot when he rearms or bombs ground targets. I've killed many J10 pilots who thought they would have an easy time baseraping the carrier only to have me harrassing them. There are other ways of defeating them too. On wake, their main airstrip base is capturable, so take that base, take away their ammo, and they are no longer a threat at all. Its a mind game, its chess, not checkers.

very true, but think of how air combat would be if aa missiles worked when you lead your turning enemy, also think of what longer aa ranges would do. i think that would make it a more modern dogfight.

Mig is not better than the F35, this is false word of mouth it seems.

Its not that. Its mostly because everyone is flying every plane as if they were all the same disregarding the planes and the OpFors planes weaknesses and strenghts.

hehe ya... when J10's dont have ammo, the only threat is your wingman (if he's stupid) or the friendly AA's. when i see a J10 that doesnt have ammo chasing my wingman, i know he's trying to make me tk, i will try to gun him down but i wont fire missiles in any circumstance, unless it's far away from our own air assets. but once i got an unarmed J10 on my tail, they had lost the airfield for quite a while, i looked back and knew he was out of ammo. so i just ignored him. but my F35 partner was so excited and thinking he would help me out, so he fired a bunch of missiles and thought he could hit something, yea he did hit something, but i was the victim.

F35 is faster than J10, use this to your advantage.

The j-10's big advantage is also its biggest disadvantage to be all zen and **** imo.. I for one don't fear it unless it's got a really competent pilot in it, then I enjoy the challenge...

I agree with the complaining the J-10 is far more superior in the air then the other Jets If your a good pilot. The only Jet that competes next to the J-10 is the F-18. I personally think the F35b stinks and the US should have the
F-16 or even the F-22 to replace it.

It is funny seeing people on the other team yelling at one another to take out the J-10 in-game. :laugh:

I seriously doubt a raptor would be anything different from F35B in BF2.
