Re: Amazing! Simply Amazing!
I agree with the guy who just lays around enjoying the athmosphere...
I also sometimes just lay in spots to listen to the ambient sounds and look at the action.
Also, I think
is true, but doesn't reflect the "community".
I, too, feel that fixing technical flaws should have priority over selling add-ons.
I also feel that, compared to EPIC for example, community support from EA is less than shining.
However, I disagree that that's what people are most concerned about.
Most people seem concerned about petty "game balance" issues that boil down to them being angry about being killed by the same type of gun repeatedly. I think the game-balance issues were "non-issues", and the game is getting more and more f*cked up, rather than "fixed", actually.
All said and done, bf2 is a great game; I don't think I've enjoyed any shooter that much since the days of truecombat, action quake and q:tf.
The looks are a huge leap forward, especially paired with the multitude of possibilites, and I think the game design is really ingenious in parts. Some people not taking advantage of it surely isn't DICE's fault, you simply can't expect them to nanny everyone into submission (= teamplay) through endless "game balance" patches.

So very wrong, think about EA and what they are doing, read my post. Fix the bugs as much as you can atleast try to, not put out expansions and booster pack until some of these bugs get fixed. This is why people are upset. I would love the new maps and vehicals plus expansions. Fix the god damn game first before you do it!
