jets are only overpowered in your mind because you and or your team cannot fly jets, or are not willing to attack the other jets. Each team gets 2 jets, and if you dont want to engage the other jets, obviously they can fly around and do whatever they want to do. With me, I dont let that fly. Soon as I see a jet, it goes down.

Jets are only overpowered when you fly a circuit continuously reloading and bombing every enemy flag. But you wouldnt know anything about that would you.

Nothing really works against jets, so you can bomb as you please with it.
Atleast I don't need to use overpowered stuff to get 200 points even. You are just pathetic.
Can't see why any flyboy would call himself a 'too good pilot', making himself look like a moron.. It's like saying:
"Man...I own with the noobtube! I am too good!" anyone with a little practice can own with noobtube, and with jets too.
Sure, it's fun to kill the enemy...but brag about being to good ?

People pay to play in their servers, if you don´t pay you can´t complain abaut their rules.
If they want to impose certain rules they have all the right to do that, even if you don´t like them.
Get your own server and implement the style of play that you want.
If I was an admin of a server and if I knew that players didn´t even care to read the rules I would sure kick them...bottomline if you are playing in someone elses turf...abide their rules.

If you want to be able to admin a server successfully and avoid complaints on general forums like this, you need to have good rules. When I say good rules I mean consistent rule. You can't have rules that needs explaining.

"Don't vehicle whore" that rule sucks. How long do you have to be in the vehicle to actually whore? Are you a whore if you just don't die? Are you a whore if you take that jeep three times in a row? Are you whoring if you take the helo every last time because no one else wants it? If you die all the time but still manages to get the jet are you a whore?

Will all admins kick you after a specific number of minutes of being inside a vehicle or is the time like everything else open to interpretation.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't have whatever rules you wish on your server. I'm saying that your rules and the implementation of them suck ass.

I keep hearing its easy to fly, yet I only see noobs in the air and I take them down with little ease. Where are all these good pilots you talk of? Are you one o them? If not, maybe you should go practice a little and you can take me on sometime then? There is something that works against jets, and every round your team has it: jets

I've been called a hack numerous times, but today after I go like 5 rounds in a row without dieing and racking up a couple hundred points in the F35, I get kicked for "jet whoring"

What is jet whoring? I'd like to know. It must mean "you are too good so we have to kick you" :p

Define longer periods of time and "not giving other players a chance". Do this apply if you don't die? Should you be under an obligation to die from time to time, "to give others a chance"?

Thats absolute garbage. If someone else wants the jet they can go to the runway and wait for it. He isn't "Keeping" anyone out of it, He is simply getting to it first.

Have you ever even waited for a vehicle? Waiting for it does not mean you get it. Even without TKing, being the first one there (when the plane has not spawned) does not mean you are going to get it. If you don't know to hold down the enter key until the plane spawns, you are going to lose it right away. So, no, it is not as simple as just waiting there for it. Even if you do everything right, there is no gaurantee that you won't be beat to it.

Say he has a fast computer and loads the level and gets to the plane before I, who does not have a great comp, load and he has already claimed the plane. If he is really good, it will take him a while to die. So I can waste half the round waiting for him to die sitting at the airfield or I can go help the team.

There are ways to whore a vehicle. Period. I have seen it done and I have done it myself. However, if I have taken a vehicle a bunch of times, and I see or hear someone else who wants it, I give it up.

It's called sharing. I know that is hard concept to grasp for you egomaniacs who think you are super l33t video game masters. . . but the game is for everyone, not just you. Does it really hurt you to let someone else fly the jet for 1 round every 5 rounds?

I disagree. The jet is totally open to AA fire, A2A fire, ground fire, hitting stationary objects and so on. If you are a good pilot, so be it. I am not to shabby as a pilot (Aviator 43:25:48 Kills 1,295 Deaths444 2.92 132), a little rusty as I haven't flown since like Nov 22nd 2005 . I used to get booted all the time. In the F-15 you drop on stick of 5 Mk82's and kill 14 people swarming on a spawn point, the admin tends to get antsy, especially if he is on the losing side. Yes the jet is powerful, but I believe that bad gamers and sore losers tend to blame "invincible jets", "tank whores" and "helo rapers" when the problem lies in their lack of skills.
Conversely to this I have been in servers that I like to call "point farms", these are servers that are run by clans (like KFS and SiR) where all of the clannies are on one team, and they have the top 1-10 scores. You look around and there they are, tank whoring, helo-raping and flying. However if you as a non-clan member start doing really good, they boot you and claim you were a "Haxxor". I have one thing to say about this: "Can't we all just get along?"
