Battlefield 2: Armored Fury Contains three new maps aswell. The scenario is the american countryside in the heart of USA. American troops try to defend their home country from furiously attacking troops of the MEC and PLA alliance.

This booster pack introduces two new classes of veichles. Attack Jets who can use rocketpods and cluster bombs. A reconnaissance helicopter who can spy on the enemy. The three maps are:

“Midnight Sun” takes place in Alaska where the Chinese are attacking.

In “Operation Harvest” the war rages on in the plains of Pennsylvania.

In “Operation Road Rage” its full tank war on the huge american highways.

Wow, this'll be awesome. Huge tank assaults with helo cover. Not to mention all this taking place on American soil. I can't wait! It'll be fun as heck to bomb all the tank group with an A-10 and zip around in a Little Bird.

WTF are u talking about? Anyways, ya, flogger and frogfoot are names givin by NATO. All russian/soviet fighters bear names with the beginning of F on it, and for bombers B, hence the SU-27 is the "Flanker" And the Mig-31 is the "Foxhound", for bombers, there's the TU-160 "Blackjack" and the TU-95 "Bear". Nato use to give all these bad names to their aircraft (such as frogfoot, flogger, fishbed etc.), but now, they stopped doing that, they give them good names like the "fulcrum" or the "Flanker" to them now. Anyways, who wants to guess the plane in my avatar?

I said it in one of the posts of ours that got deleted. SU-37 Super Flanker:



You can see the break in the exaust nozzles that allows the rotation for the thrust vectoring(the ring where the shine is broken).



Too bad most of them have been reverted to SU-35's. Awesome aircraft with excellent manuverability.

OMFG, A MOMENT TO REMEMBER. A PERSON ACTUALLY GUESSED RIGHT, NICE JOB MAN (as in nice job in knowing what the plane is). Anyways ya, i agree, it's an awesome, there have only been two ever in production, the '711' model has crashed into the ocean on one of it's flights, but the '712' model carries the SU-37 on. Anyways, the nick for the SU-37 has REPORTEDLY become the 'terminator' as the SU-35 is the 'super flanker' now.

Yeah that's the problem with the Russians making so many versions from the SU-27 platform. NATO just says "screw it, call 'em all flankers". :)

U mean the JAS-39 Gripen, not the SU-39, there's no such thing as the SU-39, but there is the SU-25 flogger, which is teh russian equivelent of the A-10.

There is too a SU-39, and a SU-25 FrogFoot. And you a Russian plane on your avatar and dont know this? Jeez!
