Personally, I'm glad to see that EA has listened to the masses and is giving us this kind of content. I've been waiting for a map designed for big open armor battles.

and jayhigh, PRMM .2 already has the littlebird in MH-6 configuration. go to realitymod.com, download and try it out. oh yeah, don't worry about a 10 dollar charge, its freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

U mean the JAS-39 Gripen, not the SU-39, there's no such thing as the SU-39, but there is the SU-25 flogger, which is teh russian equivelent of the A-10.

I feel dishonored, the JAS-39? :P

I saw they had rocket-packs, if that is final. I think it'll be reeeaaaal cool.

This is the thing I really hoped to get in BF2 and now I finally get it! YES!!! A-10 was my favourite plane in DC and I bet it's same thing in BF2.

Actually you are wrong, it is Flogger.

By the time Armorpack will come out anti aircraft should be tweaked or else it will be a dull pack. Planes will fy around and not let any vehicle go for more then 10 meters.

I hope there will be more AA platforms in these booster packs. Things like Roland or Avenger (this is actually Hummer with Stingers).

Beside that I do not know why is Linebacker made so vulnerable. It is a Bradley Fighting vehicle with Stingers. Bradleys are better armored then LAV-25 but in the game Linebacker is very easy to destroy. Linebackers are actually made to advance with armored units in an all out assault and their armor is made according to it. LAV-25 can not do that because it's armor and mobility are not enough.

It's NATO codename is Frogfoot just like its little brother. Only MiGs bear the Flogger codename and only two of them(MiG-23 and MiG-27) at that.

I presumed he was talking about MiG-23 or MiG-27. I know Su-25 is a Frogfoot. Those are all NATO codenames. I was reading a lot of military books in the 1980's so I mostly know NATO designation for Russian or Soviet military hardware. Besides, from what I see original names are a bit complicated :). They usually have a large and complicated numbers and letters code and maybe a name (example is Tunguska).
