Im pretty psyched about the new sniper unlock.

I also like the fact that I can pick up my own claymores. Ive had to kill myself when I run out of ammo and Im on a crane, but now I can pick it up and go down for more ammo!

I believe, people should be able to pron spam or dophin dive, as long as he manage to do it himself in real life.

Shoot a video of youself dophin dive 3 times in a roll, or prone spam 3 times in a roll. If you prove to us that its possible in real life, EA should make it possible in the game to add realism.

So is C4 and nades not throwable anymore? If so I think that they should allow for C4 and nades to be thrown or used while jumping because without the extra range, killing tanks w/ c4 will become impossible for some people. I am a C4 master, and although I will probably adapt w/o it, the ability to throw c4 is useful, and IMO not a significant balance problem.

You are part of the problem not the solution.

At best c4 should be used to destroy objectives and used to trap an area. Not used "on the fly" as an antiarmor device. I'll be soo happy if this crud goes away.
You are a Special Ops not a c4 catapult.

Adjusted for acuracy could mean anything and something tells me it's gonna be worse

I believe in an interview one of the developers said they where getting rid of excessive jumping and proning. Then he added that to the normal player the changes wouldn't be noticed. I think you can still jump and dive over a wall, just not 5 times in 2 seconds.

There's a simple term the true Battlefield community uses...
"Gameplay>Realism"
If your too naive to understand that...it means the gameplay and balance of the game is more important than the Realism.
But let's evaluate that a little.

Bunny Hopping...IRL you can indeed jump and shoot at the same time. Do you actually see military people doing it? No. If they wanted to, could they do it for prolonged periods AND be even close to accurate? No.

Dolphin Diving...This is not even a realistic move so I'm not even going to comment on its realism. It was clearly NOT meant to be played/Used that way and the Devs are now fixing it.

The Grenade Launchers The Devs intended the Primary use was to be against medium and light armor. Because their testers are so inept, they never saw the way it would be used against infantry. (They've actually stated this)
Also, IRL, the M203 (and most others) DO NOT explode on impact at close ranges. They do exactly what the devs did to fix it. They arm after a distance THEN they will explode on impact.
So once again the devs are fixing something that was not meant to be and was abused.
I'm sorry you don't like it but it was not in their plans for it to work that way.

I agree with you on the dolphin diving part.
It doesn't make sense for them to take it out since the accuracy of your weapons is ten times better when you're prone, and I've never seen anyone not go prone when taking shots at each other from a distance.

Just going prone to shoot is NOT the problem ED.
Once again...Dolphin Diving/Prone Spamming is when someone goes Prone/Jump/Prone/Jump/Prone/Jump/Prone/Jump/Prone/Jump so they can be both very hard to hit AND have the benifit of "Prone" accuracy.

All the Quake babies will now have to deal with actual tactics when on the ground instead of 'Running and Gunning'

You're just angry that you can't exploit the system and get easy kills.
The developers never meant for you to throw C4 and detonate it immediately and now they are fixing it.
Dolphin Diving and bunny Hopping are problems that have been around since BF1942 and 'should' have been fixed it BF2 1.0

My 2 Favorite are right at the end:
# Detonation radius from grenade launcher explosions has been reduced.
# Grenade launcher projectiles now have a minimum time before arming.

That's exactly the way they should have fixed the problem with the GL's.
WTG DICE!!!

Any easy fix to the grenade launchers and C4 would have been give them a more realistic blast radius. If the person using said tactic actually suffered, when by all means they should when being that close to such a weapon, that would be a deterant to all but the people who's goal is to damage their own team (or get kicked with a minus score). Dolphin diving, from the way it sounds, now eliminates the ability to quickly leap over a barrier and take cover as quickly as possible. Way to go on taking our options away. What's next, make sure everyone has to be standing up at all times, and no jumping?
