I don't mind the average bunny hopper, but the t00ber who jumps and then shoots right down at his own feet (surviving) ****es me off.

I bunny hop all the time honestly, its the only way to kill proners with the shotty.

-bunny hopping
-air power
-grenade launchers
-no new maps

I must say I do not see the point of this thread. I mean, with the release of the next patch, Dice is supposedly killing the bunny and the dolphin. I too have been killed by these people, but I learned something very early on that actually works against them and to my advantage. When the jumper is coming to you, if you toss a nade in the right spot, it sends him flying...Hence giving you the kill.
I think that people are obsessed with this stuff already. This entire topic has gotten more than a reasonable share of attention in these forums and by DEV's. It is a tactic that is used, yes....Is it so bad that no one here can defend against it? Of course not....Stop Crying about it already and d something about it..

Agree. But everyone does the bunny-jumping. Offcourse i dislike bunnyjumping, but when it is close quarters, I might bunny either on reflex or that I want to live. Cheap, but it works.

It just looks retarded. It's especially discouraging when some smack talking clan member meets you face to face and hops all over and somehow manages to nail you one in the head.

Though I get ya. I bunny hop too sometimes subconsciously if I'm in deep trouble or a tank/apc is hunting me down, or whatever. It happens and it's not really something that I think about or complain about often. At it's worst though, it really rips from how great the game looks and feels, y'know?

I do it all the time.

There's nothing wrong with it IMO. If you're whining about them cause you can't hit them, that's your fault.

Their accuracy when jumping is not good, just take your time and aim.

Nothing worse than someone whining about a game. It's a game, not real life. There's bunny hopping in like every game, quit being whiny noobs.

exactly!!! I don't mind bunnyhoppers because you can kill them once you get the hang of it. But bunnyhopping with a noob tube is just plain retarded.

I have gotten into the habit of jumping as soon as I see someone, because 9 times out of ten they try to tube me, I jump and most times they will miss. Jumping is a survival tactic. repeated jumping is what I do, when I am trying to reload and someone is shooting at me, when I have finished reloading I will try to kill them, sometimes I dive to prone.... guess that's dolphin diving.

The funny thing is most times you don't realize how odd it looks, I never considered myself a bunny hopper but the other day, I got banned from a server because their rule was no hopping to avoid being shot what do you do when you are being shot? run in little circles and let them kill you?

Every time i fine a lame bunny hopper like this i just leave the game. A bunny hopper with a grenade laucher just ruins the game. I saw a guy today called [BriGGs] . he completely ****ed me off in sharqi. Look even at his stats. he uses the grenade launcher all the time. I just left the game later.
Now how about having a plane whore on top of you [:NET:]Exile and a bunny hopper on the ground [BriGGs] ? that just sucked and made the game un-playable. Worst game I ever had.

Bunnyhopping is dangerous and I use it all the time. It is a good way to catch people off since people do not have instant reflexes to reaim. I hate the bunnyhoppers that run straight at you and hops while firing the L85A2 though.
