Totally cheap and anyone that dies by a bunny hopper will say that the bunny hopper was a noobish prick and they are right. If you have to bunny hop to stay alive and get a kill, go to CS.

I don't see how its cheap since everyone can do it and eventualy after hopping it ususaly leads to hitting prone to get the kill shot since the hop is mainly to aviod the 1D grenade balance. More like just poor gameplay design than anything else and the demands made by the overall player community seem to concur even from before the game was released as a finished product.

I don't see the point in making *insert number of topics here about the jumping aspects of gameplay* since 1.2's change list says mostly everything along with the 21cw mod as well.

i like to use it since i am getting pretty sick of the tubes so if i see someone using a tube or rocket and aiming on me i hop over it especially over rockets, feeling like Neo :)

I love it, there is nothing more fun to do then to grab my MG36 and blast them into oblivion. Stupid noobs, they can never escape 100 bullets flying into their direction.

My gripe with bunny hopping is not that I find it cheap cause I don't. For a sniper it only makes you an easier target. "Dolphin Diving" just looks idiotic and stupid, but people paid money for this game and they are free to play the way they choose. People just have to adapt to things like this instead of complaining about it all the time.

It's cheap but I wont say I never do it because I do when im flashed, reloading, getting shot by a tank or when someone is spawnkilling.

Yeah, I think bunnyhopping is really annoying and cheap, but only when it's done every single time. I can't say I haven't bunnyhopped, because sometimes we don't want to get killed and it's the only way to keep ourselves alive. We do it sometimes because it's a reflex, but when there's some newbie bunnyhopping like crazy, it is really annoying.

Anyone who thinks bunny hopping is cheap....is really stupid; no offense. First of all, if you have any aim at all they should be no problem for you. I dont see anything thats wrong with it. The person jumping had terrible accuracy and wont hit anything most of the time unless they are at point blank range, which should make it even easier for you to just spray them like crazy. The only time i bunny hop is if im closing in on a kill with the shotty from an insane distance. And it only works if im in a server full of nub scrubs who cant aim for ****. But if i try that on a good server it never works. So ive noticed, people who complain about it = ****ty aim, people who dont care = better players. Thats just my 2 cents.

Bunnyhoppers are in the same class as spawncampers and Noob Toobers.
Running around with the GL and shooting from the hip with the GL is cheap and unrealistic. The average 400mm LP HEDP Grenade has an ECR (Effective Casuality Radius) of up to 15 meters. Thus shooting someone with a GL at close range would kill both you and the opponent. This is a glitch in the game that Noobers take advantage of. Noobers DIE!

I think everyone does it in a panic situation. I think the sight of it ticks me off more than it's practical use. Sure, it's not that hard to kill a bunny, and when you do it feels great. But when some clown runs towards me, jumps, and t00bs me in midair I can't help but think 'lame'.

Methinks it's a good idea to take out of the game. And dolphin diving, how come I never see it? I've discussed it lots through these forums but I have yet to get dolphin dived by someone. Bunnyhopping is also pretty rare. It's just the n00b t00bs that **** me off.
