Quickscoping is the best IMO. I can get kill after kill, all headshots doing that but can't hit someone for **** staying zoomed constantly, unless it's an enemy prone sniper.

Definitely an awesome video... but I'm a huge l96 whore anyway, so I'm kinda biased towards sniping.

Unlike camper, though, I'm not too swift with quickscopes in bf2. I could do it decently in 1.6/CS:S, but not so much here.

Earlier in this thread, many pages ago, someone posted that unlike every other gun in the game, when you're stationary but move your scope, it causes your accuracy to decrease. Is this true?

Nope. Entirely false. Shifting your aim never affects overall accuracy.

The only bad thing is whenever a chopper comes around I never have it. I always beat myself up when a good heli-snipe opportunity presents itself, and all I got is my non-AP L96.

It's like how when I'm spec-ops I never get a good shot to C4 vehicles but if I change to medic or something, 10 seconds after switching I'm standing right next to an enemy tank and there's nothing I can do.

Yeh i agre thats why im always a sniper cos if youget a desent hiding spot you dont have to worry about tanks.

dude that sniping video is amazing! wat id do to shake that mans hand ( in the hope that some of the magic would be transfered).

hmmm i think id take the chinease rifle over the american cos you get the shots out quicker and can take them out before they get to shoot back.
