I'll have to check that one out, need to do the hot fix for winmx, i don't use that **** very often lol. I think I know which version you are talking about, if it is the one I am thinking of, but I never knew who did that version.

It's in Need For Speed Underground 2 if you've played it. :p The old version is still fun though.

You know what, I need to learn how to make an actual webpage so I can actually host the files on a real website, not just some space. I got the off of work until the 2nd of January, maybe that will give me something to do for a bit, if I get the ambition to do it lol.

Definitely going to have to try this after work today -- if this DOES work, then its going to be fun to try and get the positioning down while moving.

BTW, concerning ricochets ... did DICE model them so that the shells reflect at a perpendicular angle in BF2 (ie. just like a beam in a mirror)?

The purpose of the videos were/are just to prove a point and give everyone a rough idea of what had to be done Even if someone were just sitting there in the tank when I did that, it wouldn't make a difference, the vehicles code doesn't change when someone gets in it. The only difference would be if the both of us were moving, cuz then it makes it alot harder to line up the shot when you have to deal with lead and speed.

You ever try playing a game with FRAPS running? It's hard when your getting about 20fps

Maybe those of us that have more of a knack for this can get some more footage of some other different angles for one shotters and some non-lethal but brutal hits. I'm sure there are more ways than what you and I have shown in the videos.

The APC ones are the bomb, you can literally just keep driving right at them and shoot for the top of the tire and continue on your merry way, if you didn't get the one shot in on him, he is guaranteed to feel the one you put in his back side as you pass him by.

Looks like nobody visited this topic for about 4 weeks, but anyways i got to watch your movie recently and tryed to rechochet tank shells from other surfices, like walls, and this is what i got http://d.turboupload.com/d/294472/Dual_shot.rar.html
Maybe some of you noticed that before, but it can be used as one of reasons/versions of why tank is destroyed with one shot.

That was after these vids were out, but none-the-less, for people that haven't seen this thread but visit that site, it gives them a basic area. Although, he should have elaborated on how it works a bit better so that people can understand that you can do it from many angles.

Hitting it at the spot in his picture works if you are at the proper alignment to the video, you can't just hit it there at the wrong angle and get the same results

Would of been nice of him to give credit to all the people in this thread that actually put the logic and principles of it out for the pub, otherwise people would still be looking for the deathstar shot on the body of the tank
