      Ya, basically from my understanding, the hind was sort of a workhorse, fill all categories kind of aircraft that fit russian methodology at the time. It can transport lots o troops, and has immense Air to ground fire power, as well as a good deal of AA in later years and models.

      and yesm, the mi28 is freakin badass. I wish BF2 didn't have such crappy sounds, and the helicopter actually got into the deep bass and near deafening roar of the engine....

        I enjoy the game as it is, but no tanks, only light vehicles, and smaller, more agile choppers, able to carry troops, much like the Littlebird et al in Joint Operations, would've been the way to go.
        However, I've been a long time fan of the Hind and it not being able to carry troops was a disappointment.
