So my question is this:

I have seen two or three people state that if you go to your friends house, log into their copy of BFSF using YOUR account and get the unlocks, they go with you?

Something does not sound right about that to me.

Can someone explain it better?

Simple.... in the 1.12 patch EA have made it so SF and BF2 can play on the same server... and in EA evil sceam to "force" more ppl to buy the expansion the incorporated the SF guns too...

To bad that EA have made a blunder. Because your unlocks is tied to your account, and you dont log into your "SF game" and then being able to play on BF2 servers... no no... EA made so in principle when you want to play BF2 you log out of SF and into BF2, but keeping the unlocks (in their evil way)..

SO.... the guns are there, and if you have used a SF account and gotten and unlocked your guns in that account, they will be there also when you want to play BF2:laugh:

It is true.... Go to a friend or internet cafe... play SF log in and out and in again... presto chango, you got your SF unlocks... select them, log out and go home where you can enjoy BF2 Vanilla with SF weapons...

Dont feel bad about EA screwing BF2 Vanilla owners.... Just screw them back

Flashbangs and all the extra stuff that SF has belongs there, not in regular BF2 its all wrong. Stupid EA never learns anything.

Just destroy the game as much as possible. Amazing so many people play today according to EA.

I've just bought Special Forces, and to be quite honest you're moaning about nothing. The weapons are different, not overpowered. Some of them have better statistics than ordinary weapons, some don't. If you're so bothered, get better at BF2 and kill the SF guys.

I just hate how it takes longer to load, night vision hurts my head, only really different weapons are SAS, and the Seals.

You can earn SF guns in BF2, the only difference I believe there is, if you had 2 unlocks in BF2 you'll get too in SF. Big freaking deal. AFAIK it's only unlocks that can be played in BF2, not stock SF weapons.

Yes, it seems a little unfair that they can get auto-unlocks. But so what? Unlocks aren't more powerful than the original weapon. They can be best described as different.

EA does not condone point farmers but they decide to integrate the SF weapons into Vanila BF2, except only now that they have a lame excuse: people paid for it.

I still play the normal game but I use my special forces guns.
