You can get inside the ship by landing on the control tower and going inside. It's a bit like a maze but I'm frustrated by how many people that don't know this. If you're on the flight deck, run over to the control tower, climb the latter to get on top to go inside, go in, and on the starboard side to as far to the fore as possible there is a stairwell there that you can use to get into the hangar.

I can say absolutely no... The reason is a few posts up, there are no grapples or ziplines on this map...

ARGHH!!! son of a......omg why not EA? Ya freakin idiots it woulda been so much fun and given us other ways to get on board the carrier.

The question is:

You are stood on the shore looking at the ship, how do you get in?

There are two ways, get on the deck (or control tower) and go in a door, which requires a helicopter or going is in the back dock. If the US team are doing their job are shooting up the MEC choppers how are you going to get on the control tower?

The way you describe is the best (as sailing in the back is usually suicidal) but requires the chopper to get there in one piece...

If the attack chopper combat is fairly even and the transport chopper goes around to the blind spot of the AA on the carrier than that isn't really a problem. You just have to swing wide in the chopper. You don't even have to go to 400 ft and parachute.

I Agree with Rhiannon..personaly i did that in all the ship maps..thats the best way(i love the iron gator)

Can you use the grappling hook on a boat and climb up one of the sides without the railing?

ever time I play iron gator it comes down to if the US can hold off the MEC getting a toehold on the ship to deplete their tickets. The MEC will get a flag at some point and then all the US has to do is sustain their lead. I just hate the whole suicide rush as MEC. It does bad things to my K ratio.
