Maybe to some of you 30 dollars is not a lot of money but to some it is a lot of money. For example I live in Germany where an unemployed person recieves 380 euros cash to live on after his/her rent is payed (correct me if I am wrong any German guys here on Harz 4). To them the 30 euros for the expansion IS a lot of money. It´s about 8 percent of there spending money for a month. Would you give 8% of your wage (after the rent is taken out) for an expansion? My electricity is 20 euros a month thats 1 and a half months of electricity for me. Maybe you can go out and drink coctails all night but not every person can! My point here is that what is wrong here is that people who can`t afford the game will feel rightly or wrongly that they are at a disadvantage if they don´t have the expansion pack and the unlocks are being used in the stock Battlefield game. Imagine being in that boat as you sip your Long Island ice teas as other less well off wonder how they can afford the expansion to play on a level playing field!
The thing is that alot of people who play this game either enjoy it well enought want to spend 8% of their wage on it, or are kids who have their parents pay for everything so they could care less.
