Cheating ruined a game I use to love playing. When it first came out the community was very small mabye a couple hundred members. It was cool then cause the only thing you had to worry about was the other persons skill. As it got bigger the cheaters started running amok since there was no real anti-cheat device. I'm really happy a developer even cares enuff about this community to at least try to prevent cheating. I wish there was an even more permanant way to ban someone though.

Most cheats for BF1942 blocked the PB screen function. Wouldn't suprise me if it was the same for BF2. We had PB screens enabled on our clan server at one point and after a match where we had some suspicious players on the other team I found screenshots of 3 of the 10 players on the other team...

You sure know alot about this stuff...and how the hacking
heck did you get such a high kill death ratio along with 3 about 3 times as
many kicks as I have even though you've played 1/3rd as long?

The guy has earned most of his kills in a plane and a tank. That explains his
K/D. As for kicks you are likely to get more when you fly a plane.
