      Hack!
      well, more like cheat

achieve the same purpose as hacks, just because in real life rather than injected into exe its the same thing.
      Punkbuster proff though.

LOL, the sniper rifle unzoomed is a shotgun!

yeah, it works well for the AT, as well as the sniper... but not for shots while unzoomed.. it just helps you aim, zoom, fire very quickly.

you should use a white board marker so you can remove it, but it's somewhat translucent.

Gotta love how everyone always says 'you don't know what you're talking about', without even trying it...
This tip helps a lot, especially in close quarter combat.

that's what i do. I hardly ever use the ERYX scope. I forgot it was there at one point.

Re: Crosshairs for snipers when zoomed out

I guess this can be useful for the 'screen reference' purpose but the problem with this is that if you put it at exactly the centre of where the crosshair will be, your 'dot' will be obstructing your view when zoomed in, unless it is a VERY small dot.

Someone who posted above me mentioned whiteboard markers as semi-translucent - if so then you can create something similar to the red dot scope on the M4 and AKSU-74 rifles.

Mark/the likes of on screen - useful for knowing the center of the screen and where the scope are gonna zoom at when you go from unscoped to scoped

Mark for shooting in unscoped mode - POINTLESS since the accuracy is non-existent (stand by a wall and shoot at it unscoped and see for yourselves... )

If the accuracy unscoped really is that bad, I have no idea how I manage to win about 70% of all CQC fights against other infantry (using the sniper rifle)...:)
Just aim for the head and shoot, it's as simple as that.

Yeah, and I have a 70% success rate shooting down jets with the AA

Go spam an entire clip unscoped at a wall 5m away and see how big the spread is before coming in here and BSing about your unscoped sniper rifle kills against infantry 70% of the time. If you can hit the same spot twice I'll even give you a cookie.

Your ONLY hope of realistically surviving a CQC encounter with an unscoped sniper rifle is if you have the auto snipers, and even then spamming 10 random bullets in the general direction of the enemy is more an act of desperation than anything. You're better off switching to the pistol and trying to get 2 quick headshots.

Whether you believe me or not, it's true anyway.

Just bunnyhop till you're close to them, and then give 'em a headshot.
                          Not that difficult.

You must play against absolute n00bs then, anyone with a decent rifle or shotgun would make mincement of a bunnyhopping sniper trying to shoot at someone unscoped.

You'll have to be literally IN THEIR FACE to land an unscoped HS. Anyone who can let a bunnyhopping sniper get THAT CLOSE to them deserves to be headshotted point blank with a sniper rifle.

And to all these people offering bigger and better cookies, I bow down to your cookieness!!!

                                I consider myself owned.
