there are two methods

1.cut a itty bitty circle out of a post it note, and stick it in the middle of ur screen.

2. Mount a laser pointer on the celling desk floor whatever and turn it on when u need it.

anyone else create their own soulutions?

stand infront of a wall and shoot w the sniper rifle unscoped... not 10 laser dots on your screen wont help... accuracy is not there

Yep. Not zoomed sniper rifle's accuracy is awlul. So there s no use for sticking different stuff at your monitor

Usually I find the screen infront of me. j/k

But seriously, the precision when you're unscoped with the sniper rifles is horrible. There's like a 5 meter spread on 5 meters distance....

As Antlion says, the deviation of the un-scoped sniper rifle is huge. You should be doing this for the anti tank's sniper rocket, rather than the sniper rifle!

thats odd though in our favorite class - sniper we are fairly good. it helps me put crosshairs where the isnt one jezzus

yeah its good for putting a crosshair when there isn't one. In bf2 however it isn't possible to hit anything unzoomed with a sniper rifle with only the help of a dot on your screen. I find it fascinating that you dont even know this?

Maybe it helps him because if he spots an enemy he can put the dot on him before he zooms in so he doesn't have to search for him in the scope.

I do that for cs in scoutknivez but for bf2 I find it doesn't matter as much. Btw, if you need a dot to find the approximate center of your screen, that's just sad.

yea if u have a crt monitor i just draw a red dot on the screen with one of those white board markers but its only good for cs
