22 years old. I'd have to say my reflexes have only gotten better since I was a child. You should've seen me in Altered Beast, I had a terrible K/D ratio.

its also once you learn the level, you know where things are going to be, so you can predict a person is going to be on the airfield and just start shooting in that direction.

That's true, he was very predictable in his attack of the main airstrip. I have played that map more than any other. It's what most USMC pilots do, they go after that spot, especially on a 64 player map.
Still, he did some nifty spotting of vehicles and switched direction by yawing (rather than rolling or turning) and make some nice kills that way.

PW, how long have you been using ur logitech extreme 3d pro? is it still working perfectly? i heard alot of ppl have quality issues with that joystick. I'm planning on getting one of those.

Yup, the lower X axis (-X) of the stick itself would only make aircrafts pull up 50% of what it should be making aircrafts become very sluggish when executing manuevers along with getting hit by hostile launched missiles very often which used by to be extraordinary rare. It was a few days later that I found out the problem was the joystick, not me (*whew*).
I recaliberating it under Logitech's instructions and reinstalled their driver but it would not work. So now i'm back to keyboard and mouse, quite nice actually.

so the problem's been there since you bought it? is it brand new, no refurbished?

I've had my 3d Pro for 3+ months without a problem. I'm pretty hard on this joystick as I've got some powerful hands. Some of them have issues with the potentiometer from what I heard, but most of those comments see to be rather dated so perhaps they fixed the issue that some of them were having.
I don't see what the big issue is though, buy it local, and exchange it at the first sign of any calibration problems.

i see, thanks alot for the input guys. I think I still gonna get a 3d pro, since it's one of a few joysticks that i can get with a decent price. if it really breaks easily, i'll switch it to Cyborg Evo, it's not too expensive either.
So, PW, another question for ya. how do u hit the enemy jets with the missles while they are doing tight turns? My missles always miss the targets when they are doing tight turns, even if I've tried to aim a bit ahead of them.
I think this also applies to some other pilots. cuz when i'm doing a tight turn with afterburner, my opponents have never shot me down either. but in ur video, i could see that ur missles easily hit the moving objects.

Looks like that CAL|MattR person doesn;t have much of a clue about BF2 if he thinks that the |ccc| is a clan name when it was infact a pre1.03 orange colour code.
I am also having great difficulty finding information to support his hacking claims, so I'm going to class it as retardism and leave it at that.
Once again, great vid PW and I look forward to more, I noticed your ping was in the 30 range and since most UK and european servers give me a ping of 10-15 I'm going to try out some of the tactics you demonstrated in the bombing vid, including the camera change. :)
