Hmmm, my 5mbps reliable internet connection is crapping out on all of these, I'm getting speeds upwards of 400kbps, but it just times out on any browser I use. Lame. The other link didn't work either.

It's simple.

1) drop your bombs

2) reload 1 bomb instead of 2

3) drop that one bomb

4) reload 2 bombs

Now you're in single bomb drop mode. To return to dropping 2 at a time, follow the same steps.

Imagine if I didnt have to work and go to school how bad I would rape any plane goer. Right now with very little practice I have yet to find someone who could hang with me in the air.

Thats the point moron your suppose to do that to keep your team in control of the skys. He also went and helped take care of the ground vehicles for his troops and stuff.

He has no concept of what team play means. And you can be a great team player with the jet.
The video shuts: "I am here for the score, so don't bother me please with team play".
It is extremly obvious by the simple fact that every time he encounters enemy jets, he doesn't even get into a real chase. He shoots a few rounds, makes one 360 turn to try and get them, and by that ends his air suppriority job. The enemy jets can keep flying as long as they take off away from his deadly spwan camping capabilities.

I though that jets are lethal to vehicles mostly, but you are obviously lethal for anything that moves!

Another lesson... never approach the AA and make that beep sound to a good pilot! you will be just saying: hey! kill me I am here!

next time I want to see a good pilot going against you and see how you will do in an air-to-air combats. I am just curious to see how you do some of the manuvours when someone is chasing you.

I was not impressed at all. You aren't accurate at all with the bombs and you are mildly decent with the cannon, thats about it.

Well.... since I know that you are good in air combats, phen0m, I wish I can see you going against PlaneWhore. I am sure you will kick his @$$.

Actually the only thing that annoyed me the most in this video is the very frequent killing of those who are waiting for a vehicle to spawn. that is just not good. I definitly understand why those admins were kicking PlaneWhore... they were definitly pi$$ed off a lot! (seriously!)

Does anyone know if an air only map like No-Fly-Zone is coming out?? that will be a good place to enjoy flying without much spawn raping. if so then I will definitly be glad to go against you again phen0m! What i liked about your gameply in DC days is that you almost execlusivly fough with other jets... exactly the opposite of what PlaneWhore is doing.

Planes are plenty deadly versus other planes, and I'd say I've earned the right to say that shooting down thousands of planes (fighters and bombers alike).

Though, you're right. The only complaint on this video I've heard echoed a few of times now is the lack of air-to-air combat. That was more a result of circumstance than anything else.

However, I've learned a lot and due to popular demand I've got another video coming up that will feature nothing but non-stop combat versus other fighter jets (no bombers as they're a joke to shoot down). I'm going to spend 100% of the time ignoring everything else and going for the fighters.

Considering that air-to-air combat is possibly the most difficult aspect of a fighter plane to master it should be a real eye opener. The whole Fraps thing will suck for certain, but I should be able to manage. I'll also hopefully futher refine my video compression and get the final file around 100-150 megs.

On a side note, does any know a type of final winzip/rar ect.. type compression that works well with video files?

Video files don't generally compress well because they are usually already in a compressed format.

You best bet is to cut down on file size with something like dvix.

On a side note, something just occured to me...
I wounder if you and other pilots realize that by glorifying flying, it's going to lead to more people going for the jets? It's going to start getting really ugly as more and more people think "Hey! I wanna do that!!".

Have you noticed how many joystick related threads are floating around?

I know I'm thinking about picking one up sometime soonish! Who knows...? Maybe soon you'll be thinking of stabbing me in the eye to beat me into a plane!

It's already ugly. The new people getting into it will see the cruel world that it is and go back to what they did before. There are times that people will always try to jump in front of your plane as you take off and of course punish you. That alone gives me inspiration to not die in the round...just to avoid the smacktards.

Your air-to-air combat video will be pretty interesting I guess.

I'm curious to see how a good piliot manages to keep sight on his target and what he does to loose his enemy when he's being chased.

Sometimes I meet a pilot who I just can't get rid of me, so I'm really looking forward to your video PW! :)
