Minimum System Requirements:

* Processor: Pentium 4 2.9GHz or AMD 2800+
* Memory: 1GB RAM.
* Graphics Card: DirectX 9 compatible
* 335 MB disk space (with Half-Life 2 installed)

I run it on all High too 6x AA and all the nice stuff but I can't go pass this

Wow! Most of these screenshoots you guys are posting look spectacular! Honestly, for a lot them, if you took away the player model and HUD, it would look like a real-life photograph.

I may just reinstall HL2 so I can see this for myself. :) I have a second generation system (AMD FX-53, nVidia 6800 Ultra), so I wonder what kind of slide show I'll get if I actually try to run this demo. :)

this is awesome , i love these graphics, but ive already played using these graphics, DoD:S anyone that pushes the source engine to the limits including HDR and Bloom but still it was awesome and those commentary nod things were great for telling you whats happening and how they did it and stuff. and some screenies are really dark, turn up ur brightness:p

If you have HL2, yes.

Funny, it says my cpu doesn't meet minimum requirements, even though I have an AMD 3500+, lets me go ahead and play anyways.

AMD CPUs run at lower frequencies compared to intel CPUs, the 3500 is roughly equivalent to a 3.5ghz intel. I don't know any of the specifics though but that's how I understand it.
I ran it on:
AMD 64bit 3000
9800 pro 256
1gig DDR
It ran smooth and to echo everyone else here the graphics are amazing, I played through it once with commentary disabled, then once again slower listening to all the commentaries. Best tech demo I've seen :P
I like the iris simulation, where the light levels balance out when you move from a light area to a dark area, pretty sweet.
