I use whatever I think the team needs. I therefore get killed a lot becuase I am always where the killing is. But I never just run and get in a tank, or run to get in a chopper becuase thats what I need to do to get the most points for myself.

If you dont have this idea of what gameplay is about, if you've never suicided yourself becuase your team needed a eng to fix the arty and you were the only one there that cared enough to kill yourself and respawn so your team had arty again, then yes, you may be a whore. The bottom line is: do you play for the team to get a win or do you play for yourself and your stats?

When I'm in a round and I see some dude in a APC, and never see him anywhere else BUT a APC, for a whole round, then he's a APC ho. Same thing for choppers. Our team or theirs, it does not matter.

Theres 4 types of whores in my mind

Armor whores- Using tanks over and over is fine....but no exclusivly to watch spawns in urban maps then drive away and repair come back and spawn rape again. Who needs small arms when they can rack up massive kills by using nothing more then 1 hand on the mouse while these losers can use the other for more exciting things.

Noob Tube- Use of launcher before gun in all cases, annoying, cheap, and skill less. Using it might require skill on some shots, the majority of users do not have this. Why try to kill someone with a normal gun when you can jump your way to victory. Anyone who uses this is just to fat to jump in real life and needs to have a heart attack.

Commander- The kind of person that cant get points by playing yet goes commander always and plays 24/7. Runs into current commanders arty to get him booted (not anymore) or tries to kick vote/mutiny said person. Oh yea this is fun, look at the map call down 4 things over and over....while this might be fun for a while I see people with 300 hours of this. You would think they would have better things to do, like trying to be a control freak that comes on the Jerry Springer show.

Revive/Heal/Ammo- Ever see someone with 80 teamwork points no kills and 2 deaths? Yep the bain of the ranking system is in these people who do nothing but run around yelling "Get Ammo Here" over and over. Retarded in every way and beyond me how people find this fun, but always annoying when they beat you by one point for the gold medal then make fun of you for going for kills. Good job to whoever does this, you really help your team by reviving half the people just to see them die again! Why? Because you can dolphin dive into fire make the newb on the ground wait an extra 15 second and you get a point! Keep up the good work and I hope all those points do make your e-penis bigger!

Hey if no one else wants it, use it. BUT! if you respawn and see someone waiting for it, what do you do?


A) Tk them to get it
B) Run up and wait and see who gets in first
C) Let them have it and hop in as gunner or go off in the jeep


if you answer A or B...your a whore.

I personally don't care because I don't need to rely on vehicles to do ok in this game. I give them up if someone is waiting for it, but if its just sitting there? hell ya I will take it.

Stats can tell you what kind of a player a person is...for example, I have almost twice as much time with an assault rifle as I do in any vehicle. So does that make me an assault rifle whore? NO it doesn't. But, if someone uses armour twice as much as anything else, well...you are passing into whore territory then. lol

These negative terms have evolved for a reason. If you like the tanks, fine, use a tank. You aren't a tank whore for doing that. But there is a big difference between finding an empty tank and using it and laying down at the tank spawn while your teammates are out fighting that is whore-ish. So is stealing a tank from someone that was obviously there before you, no matter how good you think you are.

I was waiting on a chopper to spawn one time because the enemy had stolen it and I had unloaded an APC machine gun into it before it was able to get away. It was smoking pretty good, so I knew it would spawn soon. And frankly, I deserved it for taking out his buddy and nearly downing the stolen chopper. So there I am, waiting in plain sight for the chopper, a rare thing for me to do. And here comes this guy, and I know this isn't going to be pleasant. I even wrote the guy's name down expecting a TK. But the guy comes up and lays down right in the middle of the chopper pad. Then he comes up to me and starts pointing his gun at my face. I give him the "No sir" and shake my head. Then he starts pushing me off the helipad. Finally, when I won't leave, he pulls a grenade. He starts tossing grenades around the helipad and I'm taking small amounts of damage. At this point, I have my Support rifle aimed right at his face. I give him a few more "No Sirs" and to my surprise, he leaves. (I was so tempted to shoot, I'm telling you.)

So the chopper appears, I take off and go on a short run before being shot down by the enemy. I spawn back at the base and there's the chopper and there's the smacktard. I could have beaten him to the chopper, but I let him have a turn. It was no sweat off my back. Go ahead. Sure, you suck. But fine, give it a shot, who knows, you might get lucky. But for the remainder of the game, I never saw any other player in that chopper. Just him. That's a chopper whore. There's an obvious difference.

Ok, you had me worried there for a minute. I have nothing wrong with someone skilled getting into a tank and then using Engineering to keep her running for a good long time while racking up kills. It's actually very hard to do since you are a target for all aircraft on the map. Spawncamping is a different issue.

One comment about the "noob tubes." I know this has been covered a lot on other threads. But I just don't see the issue. If it's in the game, then by all means, use it. You'd be stupid not to. This is a war simulation game, not a tea party. It's you against the enemy, and you'd better bring your A-game because the guy on the other side of the game is going to do whatever he can to take you down. Asking him politely to use a different tactic so that you die less is ... well ... guess you'd better stick to tea parties and playing dress-up. If it were a real issue, I'd be tempted to use that tactic myself. But I'm far more effective with other kits.

You think? The map was Sharqi, so the attack choppers are pretty important to the overall strategy. Plus, there was at least one other person playing that wanted that chopper. Me.

I never saw him with a gunner. And I saw him get blown out of the sky several times by the other pilot. So I'd guess he was both an idiot and a whore. :)

No, you can't. You are a whore no matter what you do for points because EA rewards you for every little trivial action that you do. Where is my bunny hopping badge, I mean, they have to have it, they reward you for floating in a ****in parachute for over 10 seconds, why not have one for bunny hopping for ten seconds.

Whenever you're called a whore, just do what I do and type back "I'm not a whore, I do this for free!" :p

I think it's lame for anyone to invoke either word, "_____-whore" or "noob" (in relation to a weapon). Any weapon in the game takes some skill to use. Anyone just can't grab an assault rifle and use the grenade launcher to hit someone every time, like some of the best players can. Snipers, in LOTS of FPS MP games, are the usual targets. Yet the same complainers can't hit anything except someone standing dead still. Those same complainers are usually the first to run off to a message board crying "Hack! HACK!" when a skilled sniper repeatedly hits them while they're running.

Just play the friggin game.

I mean seriously, it seems like whatever you do in this game, you're a whore.
Why the hell did the devs put all these toys in a game for us to use. Are you supposed to use a tank only one time a week or something. It's there for a f*ckin' reason, for us to use it! Who the hell came up with these whore names anyway. Now we need a new freakin' patch so that it only lets people use one thing a month only one time.

Why the hell you think people play this game. For the FPS action?...Give me a freakin' break. If it was for that(FPS) I would be playing AA:SF. I(we) play this game because of the toys in it. Because there's soo many different things to do and use to have fun.

So people please, get the whore word out of your f*ckin' heads already and grow the f*ck up.

I am apparently a PKM whore you can t win. only way to win is too switch weapons after each death. Once you die 6 times the number of kits possible you leave the server and never return.

Usually when someone calls someone else a tank/plane/etc.. whore, it means they were killed by said whoring, and are just sore about it.

Or they believe the person has no real skill for example Noob Tube!
Chopper Whores are the worst.That's the only whore I hate.
