One shot wonder flop

I am getting suspicious. I keep getting killed by these guys doing what I call the "One Shot Wonder Flop". I will come around a corner and see an enemy about 100-200 feet away. I take a knee and crank off 6-9 rounds in 3 round bursts hitting them and the enemy dives prone fires one shot and kills me.
I have this happen about 5-6 time a round. I actually saw a sniper do this at 200-300 yards. I had him in my sights (I was playing sniper) as he moved to find a spot. Fired my first shot which hit getting his attention, he dives prone and fires one shot killing me before he hit the ground.

I had medic revive me as he was running by. He ran by dove prone revived me and was back up running in one motion in less than half a second.


What is up with this? Nobody is that good.

never say nobody is that good... haha, cuz there is always going to be someone that IS that good, some people are just better than others, and play hardcore sniper only, or whichever weapon they want. its not hard to get very good with a particular weapon if you play with it full time.

Ive been getting 1 shoted alot by the G3 and L85A1 even a M95 (the sniper was medium range i started to shot him and he jumped and fired well in the air and killed me i had full life BTW). Im just putting it down to shear luck at the moement as it dosnt happen that othen.

The "dolphin dive" is a common tactic, and one that ought to be fixed.

I can understand once in a while. But so many players getting so many headshots without aiming. Seems fishy to me.

Run > Jump > Pron while you are in air.

When you jump and go prone immediately after, creating a thin, flying man that has great accuracy but is really hard to hit. Inevitably you have to shoot where they land.

I do it all the time with m24/m95 or the PKM.

If you see somebody first and can't kill them before they kill you, maybe you shouldn't shoot at them until you're in a better position. Often if I get the drop on somebody, I'll move close enough to toss a grenade, then crouch/prone and start shooting. They'll usually jump to prone... which means they won't be moving out of the blast radius of the nade I just chucked.

the 1 shot thing is total BS.. i see it a lot.. its getting bigger.. and its not HUMANLY possible... usually its with a frickin m16.. which isnt supposed to kill people 1 shot anyways.. but.. nonetheless... i have full health.. some twat comes around a corner.. instaprone-roll-pop- 1 shot im dead. Its BS!!!

as far as the medic thing goes... i dunno.. us guys that play medic all the time get pretty damn good at it... i always dive-prone-revive-run away...gotta keep moving....
