The best thing I ever found to lower your ping is to looks for a server that is very close to you (not geographicaly!) let me explain this!

in the server browserfilter the servers to the shortest possible list. when you update the list massivle it will give you wrong ping (or higher than reality)

now in that short list, click on each single server to find a ping that is closer to reality. this will take a lot of time, but it worth the time.

The lowest ping I get in the server browser is 90ms. when I did that I foind some servers with 10ms ping!
