Yeah, well, I don't bunnyhop except in two circumstances (if I'm using a shotgun against someone who's prone I jump for a better angle of attack, and sometimes if I'm stuck out in the open against a tank I'll hop around to distract the tank usually giving my teammates time to finish it off), and I don't really have that big of a problem with it. Again, if it were to be eliminated that'd be cool with me, but I think fixing bugs should come before gameplay tweaks.

The browser not working now that IS important.
100% disagree. There are many workarounds for the shoddy browser - ASE is one - such that it doesn't need that much attention. Gameplay issues are 200x more important.

I don't mean to be an ass, but it clearly says in the quoted part of this thread:
"Include any bugs you have found, whether specific to a particular map or found throughout the game.

Also include any outstanding gameplay issues you believe are important."

So, no, I don't believe I am mixing anything up.

Certainly, bunny hopping is a "game play issue." Personally, as I don't see the red/blue tag all that often and I see bunny hopping 100 times a round, I can certainly see WHY it is a major issue for some people. It did bother me a lot at one time but then I just learned to accept it as part of the game. So I wouldn't say it was a top issue for me (although, I would be more than happy to see it go away). . .

They are both important issues, and they occupied my #1 and #2 slots in my post at EA.

The AA is horrible. It's silly. It kills teammates more than the enemy.

            Tanks are too slow.

Teamkills should not result in -4 points. That's just an overreaction to what happened with 1942. I'm sure they could come up with a better system.

Teamwork should be rewarded, and no teamwork should be punished. I'm sick of people driving off without you, ignoring your pleas for a pickup. I also think it should be mandatory that squad leaders have headsets so they can talk to their teammates. You can get headsets for $20. When I do play on a squad that has a headset it's usually a good squad. Much better than people on squads basically doing their own thing. There really is almost no teamwork in this game because it's not rewarded.

Air power is just too overwhelming. It needs something to counter it.

p.s the browser sukkkks. Other than the obvious like filters not working, they absolutely should use common sense and include which round a server is actually playing. No sense in joining a server that's about to switch maps if you don't want to switch maps. Maybe most people don't care and will play any map but I don't. I play the same map over and over. I hate to get on a server only to have it switch maps after 5 mins.

For the people it bothers, it negatively affects gameplay WAY more often than the red/blue tag.

And the LORD came down to me and said, "Brother zucchini! Smite the BF2 bunnyhopping devilworshipers for the are the bane of the planet!" and I said "PRAISE THE LORD!" and I say to you, my brothers, "go forth and bunny hop no more! FREE yourself from mental slavery!"

Re: Official EA 'Issues to be resolved' thread

Most important : Fix the hit boxes im sick of TOW and tank shells going through a tank and not hitting it . Its alwasy getting me killem
Second most important : Rework the 203 so it dosnt explode up close BUT make extremly powerfull with loads of splash damage.
Third most important : Fix the AA a plane shouldnt be able to do just a barrel role to escape make them use there flares to get away at least to give us a chance.

That is what i posted on the EAforum and they are honestly the issues that do me in the most . The hit boxes do realy need tweeking it so annoying shoting a tank with a main gun to watch it go through the tank and explode behind it. The bunny hopping NOOB-TUBERS realy get my goat aswell dont letem bunny hop or fix the 203 either one would do me realy. And fixing the AA has got to be a major issue i was on wake island yesterday and i fired a full rack of missles (i think its 7 or 8) from the uss essex at a j10 that was just flying away all he did was a barrel role and he didnt get hit by one thats ********.

Please dont flame me but these are the 3 most important issuse i have with bf2 i have no problems with the browser and ive not seen the red tag bug once since the 1.03 patch maybe im just lucky.

Bunnyhopping one of the main issues?? This is a useless fix. Fix other bugs.. not gameplay. Whats next... Your sprinting too fast or too long? You play the game long enough, sure you nit pick just about anything. But to put it at the top of the list is about stupid.

Bunny hopping doesnt bother me anymore. Its not a critical issue that they will address.

You people make me sick. Who cares about C4 having malfunctions, and bunnyhopping, when a large portion of those who bought the game can't even get it to work correctly? Save your pathetic gameplay whining until after the game its self has been fixed.

This thread will remain open until such a time we feel that sufficient feedback has been received. The front-runners in terms of annoyance/difficulty will quickly become apparent, however we want to give it enough time to ensure most users have had their say.
Translation: Please cry here until we determine you need changing. When this becomes apparent, we will change you, powder you, and wipe the drool from your bubblin' lip.

Translation of translation: EA continues to favor the crybabys, no matter how much they cry about how they are being ignored. It's really too bad people are sore about things like bunnyhopping, "Noob tubing", and other gameplay issues that people are strictly sore losers about.
