M4 seems to be the most reliable, the assault have the M16 (I think) but seems to have more recoil and less accuracy having only been better due to the M203 grenade launcher.

That's because it is more accurate. I hate that the carbines have replaced assault rifles as the long-range rifle, which aside from making the assault class ineffective at range against snipers/special-ops is also a completely inaccurate depiction of real-life weapons.

Too many g36c but i dont blame them accurate decent power c4 and nades. How many people would never use it honestly. Im a Dao man myself though

yeah guys bullets are to powerful!! its like they are made of lead instead of plastic and paint!!! they aren't supposed to tear holes in your body when they hit you! thats just mean!

I think the overall balance of firepower is pretty good.

Sure the specops have a slight advantage with the guns high accuracy..
Just dondt forget that they dondt get as much bodyarmor as the assault class
They dondt get cammoflage like snipers
No medipacks to heal them selfs with. etc

I know it's realist but it's just getting gay.

Heres an idea!
Save yourself the time of comming on a online gaming forum to cry about it and take that time to uninstall the game and find something else to do with your sad little life.

I just play my first game after installed the patch and I joined a Karkand map...

Then I spawn and AAAAHHHH, it's being a little bit too realist, I see a guy and he shoot 2 round of his L85 and im dead.

A guys bunny-hopped close to me and 2 pistol shot, im dead.

Then I picked out my PKM and shot a SINGLE on someone and he's dead (the guys just spawned)

so what the hell ? I know it's realist but it's just getting gay.

guns arent too powerful.. but the aircraft are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too
powerful..

the key is, see, shoot the other guy 1st..

... as long as you're shooting with a gun having the same accuracy as his or better, at least close up.

Us support players tend to need to insert an extra step for close in fights, "Switch to pistol," or else our massive weapons of doom will simply spray bullets around the target. Or at least, that's what the game always seems to do for me... I think the spread algorithm has it in for me though ;>)

In real life it only takes one shot from ANY gun to end your life or take you out of combat. I don't know what you're whining about.
