so so true, played a game tonight on shariq peninsula (sp?) and i all saw on the enemy team was g36's DAO's and the same old faces using the M203, makes me laugh this game because if you see a g36 shooter then he just instantly prones and your dead but in turn the M203'ers and DAO users will be jumpers which mean your just dead again basically, no skill involved it's just who's ever first to jump or duck wins

this game to me is seriously turning into an unreal tournement style of play and i bloody hated that game.

Well, the M24 is overpowered.

I've been playing Wake Island almost exclusively since 1.03, and I say from experience that it seems like everyone has the L85A1, G36C, DAO-12, M95... Hell, the default weapons are far more rare than the unlocked weapons now.

I hate the DAO and PKM now not because I get owned by them but because everyone has them. My guns of choice

The g36 was my first unlock waaaay back when, I didnt like it then I dont like it now. Its harder to aim at distance than the defult version and its not that much more powerful close range. I only use it when I play Chinese.

As im more to snipering now, it depends on the situation, M95 all the way for close range snipering but M24 when im miles away.

why are you whining about people using the same guns. do some math on how many guns are available and how many people play this game.

i dnt recon guns r anywhere near powerful enough for example (not sure of real name) the sniper you shoot someone in the head and they dnt die u have to shoot like like 3x

Ah if this game could only be about powerful weapons... It's mostly constant baseraping with planes, tanks and artillery... Half my deaths must be from bloody planes and artillery from just spawning...

Guns in this game are way out of proportion for example,

You shoot a Anti-Tank missile into a crowd of 5 people and maybe if your lucky 2 will die -_-, i am usually a medic, and find that his rifle (Default M4 i think) is so much beter than the SA80 or whatever its called. Why please? you play for ages to unlock weapons, and finaaly when you unlock one its worse than your first..what i tend to do is hack the BF2 folder and unlock the wepaons for single player and test them first. The only gun i was very impressed with was the G336 for the special ops. Its accurate even on Full auto but still not amazing. the SA80 looked cool and even sounded cool reloading aswell, although i hated the ironsite on it
