No, the game does not currently support profile-specific prefixes.

Has anyone experienced prefix problems with the new 1.3 patch that came out in June 2006? I've got a friend who can't enter a prefix at all.

Yeah so do I cause my name with all of my unlocks has my "Inactive" clan's prefix ahead of it because I created the name before the prefix tool existed.
