I have the same ****ing problem.

I was thinking if i got my basic pistol and knife in the same round but if you say thats all you need and it doesnt work.

There are people with 7000+ points less than me but at a higher rank. Its ********.



EDIT: Solution I guess is to just rank up to master gunnery sergeant, because the requirements for sergeant major are different basic badges. Thats why DBW ranked up. But sucks we will have to go ages with a cack rank when people with 20,000 will have a higher rank and have a nicer icon rather than ours that looks like a saggy vagina.

I take back my post, I think I may have gotten it at the same time as well but still made First Sergeant? Something is wrong here if you have all the badges and are a master sergeant.

If it's any consolation I was in the Marine Corps and Master Sergeants got much more respect from the troops than First Sergeants(In most cases). To break it down as simply as possible, First Sergeants are the guys you see when you're in trouble:laugh: and Master Sergeants are the guys that know their sh**.

That's strange because I have the same thing with my vet knife badge, but I had no problem with the promotions.

the problem is the pistols, not the others, i wanna shoot myself..........i just got my shiny unlocks and i see this...............i don't wanna make a new account....................

wow i was wondering why it didnt show i better get my knife badge befor i this happens to me with that one dam that sorta sucks i was gona get all my basic badges tonight so i can up in rank but i guess not

if the round requirements for the badges were different we wouldnt have this problem.

basic is only 7 in one round, and veteran is also 7 but you need 50 global. they should have made it so you need 50 global and 12 in one round for the veteran. but no

I also got veteran pistol directly too. I guess that would explain why I'm a MSgt and not a 1st SGT.
