About 13 pounds. Pretty hefty, actually. But its called a "desktop replacement" for a reason :) .

i just bought a dell xps 700, it owns. i would use a laptop but it isnt logical to play xcore graphic games like BF2 on one expecting great frame rates and low ping. I think the 3000 plus dollars i spent on this computer will do me good. I am lucky to have a dad in the oil business. but yeah you can get good ****, all you need to do is qualify for Finacing!!!

Doesn't really matter since, at least on my Inspiron 9200, the game is way too choppy on battery (even if you use the Intel SpeedStep app to force the CPU to full speed). If you mean outside of gaming then you can usually get at least 2 hours if you use all the power management features.

I play with the rig in my sig. it's about 2 years old and it runs perfectly with all settings on medium. i could probably raise them a bit but haven't tried. sager makes some sweet laptops at a good price. this forum has some pretty good laptop info: www.notebookforums.com
