Re: New official beta Augidy drivers from Creative Sept 21/05
/bump
Drivers are still working great. No issues whatsoever.
I have not replaced the BF2OpenAL.dll on my system...it causes audio pops. Otherwise, I still use the "vars.set sound-maxreverb 3" edit in the sound.con file and I think it sounds great
Re: New official beta Augidy drivers from Creative Sept 21/05
Thanks for bringing that up Stormy Im using the station-drivers set without issue so Im glad I didnt go thru the hassle to end up like Talus and lose stuff(I know you fixed it Talus) all my stuff works(EQ, Media Source, etc)So I liked to keep it that way
Re: New official beta Augidy drivers from Creative Sept 21/05
These worked fine for me. I don't use all the extra Creative stuff though. The sounds effects seem to be a little more detailed. For instance, a missle going by my head seemed to have a more realistic 'whirr' sound, instead of the plain 'phss' sound.
