My general idea is the way to go - enhanced gameplay and a tactical advantage for squads. Do that, and you won't need to hand out points.

This is a little off topic, but im very suprised that when BF2 came out, they didnt include a headset with a mic. This would mean that everyone with the game would be able to use VOIP. Surely this would have helped team game play?? But its a but late for that now, unless they do it with SF.

Honestly i think alot of people are just making everything waaaay too complicated.

Here's something simple that will make people play to win rounds and play in squads big time.

Winning TEAM gets 2x for the win and squad with most points gets an extra 5 or 10 points per member(maybe the members get 5 and squad leader gets 10).

If they were to implement that you would see instant push to win rounds instead of just getting as many points as you can.

Yup I posted something similar to that not to long ago. As it stands now there is no incentive to win as a team except if your the commander.

actually when you preordered the game, they gave you a free headset. However, even though i know at least thousands of people have preordered it and have the headset, they dont use it. But anywyas, communicatino is only a part of teamplay.
