I say spawn camping is going to an enemies main uncappable flag and sitting there with armor and infantry and what not killing them constantly. No other flag matters. When it comes to Karkand sitting at the arty is camping. But if you listen to the "voice" he says to camp the arty with squads. So really it's not bad at all. Not to mention you have another arty spawn plus main spawn.

It's only camping at a main uncappable flag. If the flag is cappable it doesn't matter.
