these guys keep doing this but for all i can see its only at high time at night so no EA guy gets them doing this.

what they do is turn FF off and get in the top of a building in strike of kharkand thats not accecible with FF on, these guys keep doing this in their ranked server i've had a thread before with them doing the same and alot of ppl says they are allways doing this, how can i make EA know about this exploiting?

Hello guys. I'd just like to show you something about Friendly Fire being on/off on a ranked BF2 Server from an official MPUK spokesman and technician.

What turned into someone calling the United Members "Cheaters" with having FF off with a ranked server has explicitly been explained in this thread. I am very interested and would enjoy reading your responses to this.

In order to understand why Friendly Fire May be off , read the ENTIRE thing not just the first few. The point has been made. No rule has been specified from the Multiplay.co.UK hosting company has been mentioned about FF off being illegal. Not many people are aware that it is allowed to be turned off. Simple as that. If you do not like having it off, there are hundreds if not thousands of other servers to choose from :-)

So u mean it is allowed for some idiotic admin to turn off FF and go into the top of a building that IS NOT accessible and NO ONE CAN KILL THEM UP THERE and THEY CAN KILL EVERYONE?

the main prob is not turning FF off, but the exploit they are using in a RANKED SERVER.

sorry about the caps but i want to make my point by make the important points easyer to see.

oh and ppl stop warshiping the exploiters... its not funny anymore, and even if it is allowed its still wrong.

hahaha, sorry i didn't make it completely clear there. Exploiting is wrong and NOT allowed on our ranked BF2 server, or anyone else's. If an EA employee were to come on the server and notice individuals were exploiting (let's NOT get this confused with C4 Boosting), then yes actions would be taken.

Friendly Fire is always off on our server. Let me make it perfectly clear to ya. It is ALWAYS off :-). Perhaps when we fool around with Choppers and planes or want to toy with each other we'll turn it on 25% or 100% when the server is empty but this hasn't been the case for over a week now. When that happends, everyone is effected immediately, not just one or two people, everybody and a message is usually announced for the new status of Friendly fire.

C4 Boosting (the best name you can give it) is perfectly legal. You might whine and call it cheap. Let me point out one thing - You can do it to ;-)

Until EA games puts their foot down with having FF off on a ranked server it will most likely stay off on ours. If you do not like the different joys and stunts you can pull with it than that's ok! just choose another of the thousands of servers out there

i dont remember shooting trough the walls being legal in battlefield, OH and that c4 boosting as u call it is not an exploit??? YEAH!!! RIIIIGHT!!! PPL CAN SHOOT TROUGH THE FRIGGIN WALLS AND THERES NO WAY U CAN KILL THEM!!

Shooting through walls is a glitch. There is only 1 place I"m aware of (some dude made a video of it) that you can accomplish this. Using C4 to boost yourself is NOT an exploit, glitch, hack, script, crack, or cheat like so many youthful gamers scream. If they shoot through walls and can not be shot then yes that IS illegal. C4 Boosting is NOT illegal though. Anybody can do it. Read the thread I gave you in my first posting please and all your questions will be answered.

stop making it sound like a normal thing u know its exploiting u just cant admit because ur tryin to save urself from getting your stats and your clan stat erased, oh and one more thing, when ppl are shooting trough the walls and there is no way to kill them u can say whatever u want cause its still exploiting, the prob for you exploiters is this... u dont have to explain yourself to me baby, u have to explain yourself to EA. sooner or later UM is going down and u know that cause there is too much ppl in too many places showing the skilless kids the UM are.

All I see in those screenshots is a building and some people dieing. I see no name tags of them on the minimap. Also. the 3 people Aircraft-Ace seemed to have killed with the GP-30 could have come from anywhere.... I have seen that thread before and those screenshots. If you or anyone sends them in to be examined nothing can really benefit because you can't see any rockets or people in the building as you say. Why are you so angry? It seems you are destined to bring this server down. Let me make it known we pay $90 a month for the ranked server for Public usage. For us to let everyone play for free and get reemed and disrespect really isn't showing appreciation. It's a slap in the face and giving the cold shoulder. Please provide me and the others reading this with more evidence as those screenshots are not proof of anthing more than a building and some people dieing. -End of story-

sounds to me like tennisguy is exploiting the verbage of the EULA to maximize his position. IMO the whole thing sounds like crap. C4 boosting wasn't in the game's design, and if you can use it (C4) in a manner not holding to the game's intent to gain an unfair advantage over other players, that's an exploit. Period.

If you'd like come on tomorrow. I'll see if I can round about several of the guys on the ground and we'll see if you can prove up to your point. I will not lower myself to your standards though by usage of profanity as my religion does not look highly on it. I am calm and have no fears of this because I have no fear of my stats being reset, our server shut down, losing ranked status, or any other of these dastardly things you seek to accomplish with. Nobody in our clan is under the age of 18. Make note of that. We range in ages 18+ ONLY. We are all adults and the reason for the "angry admin" as you call him in the screen shots "Aircraft-Ace". People constantly will cry hacks, cracks, glitches, cheats, and all sorts of phrases when they do not understand how one can achieve the positioning on top of buildings.
Let me clear things up for you and reveal what took us 3 hours of hard work to discover.

The terminology is called C4 Boosting.
One can achieve this with Friendly Fire off
The highest buildings only require 3 blocks and 1 individual - usually a squad leader so others may spawn on him once the roof has been reached.

The same can be said for vehicles. We have successfully gotten a jeep on top of the highest building in strike at karkand by means of 20 blocks of C4. You're probably going to immediately spit out that we have time on our hands. This is true when the server is empty and we become bored.

My point. Don't Scream hacker, glitcher, exploiter or anything else until you have certain knowledge that this is 100% the case.

Adding on*** If you could speak in an adult manner without profanity I'm sure your point would come across more clearly.

Everybody has the potential for any Use of C4 Explosives they require. How is it gaining an unfair advantage when we can easily die from Artillery strikes and snipers. We can be killed. So you're telling me if you are in a great sniping spot one has never used, and we can't locate you, i should scream exploits? I'm serious... this is getting rediculous. Until you try it for yourself and see that it is not so special, drop it. People have been using C4 with all manners of uses since Battlefield 1942. Why bash the Um clan - it's because we are some of the first people to discover it for this new game.
