I got mine at the same time I got my basic commander badge. It wasn't hard at all.

Just play the game to ENJOY it and you'll get it without trying.

That's how I got mine.

Large map + few players = Easy ribbon

I did it on a 32 or 64p map with maybe 7 people on each side.

I got mine easy, it's the War college ribbon that requires a 3 greater win to loss not the staff officer ribbon.

I have most of my ribbons, but the War College ribbon is going to be really hard to get as it relys to much on having good team work and you won't find that on pubs very much.

Got my Legion of Merit Ribbon today, don't think its showing in my sig yet though. :)

it is easy i got it on a 32player server and tickets 100-100 or what normal is. I wasnt that hard

Why does everybody get so caught up with 'I can't get this ribbon!!'? To the point of 'I can't believe I had to play that whole boring round for no ribbon!!' is just getting ridiculous.

This is the only ribbon I know of that only your teammates can get you. You don't get commander points on your own, your commander score depends on how well your team does.

I got it without trying for it, and I might say, one of my proudest achievements.

Well as Napoleon said "A soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon" the same thing applies to BF2.
