well i did a google search on it and it came up with some thing kinda bigger than the M249 but mounted The "Kord" is the newest development in the heavy MG class link : world.guns.ru/ machine/mg24-e.htm

I have killed someone in an attack helo before and it said I killed them with a 20mm cannon.

It said Lt.Miller[20mm cannon]Michael_Hunt

I'm pretty sure i saw someone kill someone else in a tank and it said [120mm cannon]

The "Kill Damage Assists" occur if you are in a vehicle and one of the gunners in the vehicle kills someone.

It is supposed to be for say, the attack chopper pilots to get credited with points for lining up shots for their gunner, or DPV drivers to get points for their gunners' kills.

In the black hawk, there are tons of minigun kills that get racked up, and every passenger gets credited with the kill assist points, not just the pilot.

Actually, those are supposed to be "Driver Kill Assists". "Kill Damage Assists" are when you damage someone and someone else finishes them off. Sometimes the wrong message gets displayed, though. :hmm:

i never said it was a super kill i said that it was the newest weapon to bf2 and if your lame ass would have read the thread u would see its not the name of the chopper but the name of the guns on it....jackass.

I have no idea what a KORD is, but I had something similar happen to me one time while waiting for more players to join my clan server one night. I was having a knife fight with a teammate on the MEC airfield in clean sweep, just generally messing around, when a friend on the other team brought the f15 in, dropped its bombs, and bailed out before they hit the ground. We said "WTF???", and then proceeded to try this afew more times, and it worked again...drop the bombs and bail before they hit. I am guessing it has something to do with the fact that you are not killing them with the f15 because you are not in it. As an aside, it doesn;t seem to work with the su-34, and I haven't been able to try it with fighters yet.
