If it is just for fun, then why don't people just do this on unranked servers, then there would not be an issue.

Too bad that a topic in which this was explained serveral times has been deleted by someone....

You said ranked servers are meant to be identical, then why the hell aren't ranked servers that don't allow BH whoring, tankwhoring, spawncamping or that play 24/7 Karkand removed too?! :ar15:

The only people who will be TRULY upset by this information are stat padders.

you rent the slots from EA. EA reserves the right to change its terms. EA has changed its terms. i thought it was pretty easy to understand.

Just tell me where in the ToS it says that weapon restrictions aren't allowed.

EA do provide free adminned servers.

Well if you read it you would see that EA sees this as a breach of it's Terms of Service. They feel that this changes the way that they want this game to be played on ranked servers, which it does. They don't like the way that gameplay is changed so that people's stats can be padded, therefore anyone caught doing it will have their stats wiped.

This makes it bad.

Whoops sorry, with all the copy and pasting I guess I made a mistake.

Fixed now, the link shows the email from EA explaining why they don't like it and what they are going to do about it.

I dont understand why they dont just make it so revivng takes more and more every death, like one death pad once alive, second death takes 2-3 and so on. Would stop stat padding, make you care more about staying alive, and would just work better. In the 9mm servers when they were still up the people that went around reviving people were banned and the games were as long as normal ones and points were about the same. It was just more fun. And as for having unranked, played on those a few times and yea, not gonna play on em ever again since people are retards when they dont worry about stats.

With the absurd ammount of points needed to get a higher rank (and thus unlock more weapons nad have more chance of playing as commander), you'll need to spend every available hour if you want to have all the weapons you want unlocked before the release of BF6...
So, why not just combine fun and stats?
