Future of the BF series?

Hi,
last night I had a horrible thought: Should Battlefield 2 (or BF2:Modern Combat) be the end of the Battlefield series? I mean, there aren't that much wars left that could be used for another Battlefield game:

- First World War - already covered in several mods
- Second World War - BF1942
- Vietnam War - BF:V
- Gulf War / Iraq War - BF2

What do you think?

Although thats probally true. They probally will make a load of expansions for BF2

Why not BFKorea. They haven't done that yet. Or better yet, I'd love to see a WW1 Battlefield.

I would be somewhat interested in a Medevil times battlefield game. With bows and arrows, and some sword fights in first person (which would be hard to make fun though) and some of the vehicles being catapults, bastilas, battering rams, ect. That sounds like a fun time. Lets just hope there is no blackhawk to ruin the experinece in this one.

LoL. I don't like much the idea of a war in space in a BF series game. However, I do like your concept of ¨advance wars¨, something that takes place in a near future, like 2050.

BATTLEFIELD GANG WARS i'd be a dealer for the crips...

a medieval times bf would rock i dunno what you guys are smokin. commander could throw big rocks from catapaults :)
