well i guess my dad doesnt need a desktop anymore... i think im gonna have to buy a new PSU and vid card...but will a new PSU help my system out?

i had the worst computer in the entire universe, before i got my new one.. from like 93'
150mhz, 256 ram, no video card... i could run cs 1.6 with 2 fps YEAHHHHH
