I was thinking (again!), not about the defibrillator, but about the M95 sniper rifle.
It is seriously underpowered. lets have a look why.
This rifle fires 50.cal bullets. These are extremely powerful.
This rifle is also called an "Anti Material Rifle". It is designed to shoot through metal, at tanks. It is considered inhumane to fire it on infantry, because quite simply it utterly destroys the area it hits.
In comparison with the M24 Rifle, we can look at the size of rounds fired by the rifles.
M24 - 7.62mm round
M95 - 50.cal Round
Now, anyone who knows anything about the sizes of rounds (sorry about the different scales, just know that 50cal is much larger than 7.62mm) will know that there is a huge difference here.
So why not a damage increase? The M24 hits with 95 damage. So does the M95.
This must be changed so it is actually a good reward for snipers (it can shoot through glass. Big reward!), and is as powerful as it should be.
Note: if anything i have said above is completely untrue, please tell me.
