I wouldnt say that. Take a look at the militarys new technologies. Just because we're still fighting in iraq doesnt mean we've seen the limits of the US military. Remember, we built our military for conventional war. Its meant to be fought on a battlefield, not fight off insurgents hiding in buildings surrounding them. I wish I could find the link to that new futurists commanding system the us army has, a complete network of unmanned vehicles spotting and eliminating enemies all over the battlefield. Size just means you need more ammo. In ww2 citizens were making bullets, which we would have to do. Of course, we wouldnt have the support of the american citizens unless the chinese were to ever reach the shorelines which is virtually impossible, and invade the country.

Plus, theres whatevers going on in area 51/skunkworks and stuff. I think they are already mounting weapons on sattalites or something related to that. I would like to see the chinese do something like that.

Javelins, hummer mounted tows, AT4s, and Im sure theres a lot more of those than chinese tanks. And, they dont miss, unlike bf2 where missles hit anything except the thing you lock on to. And if we were at war with china, since its a conventional war which would be like our war with germany, I doubt we would go on to liberate china, thats just impossible :) . THAT would be where their mutli billion population would come in big handy. That j15 seems totally badass, but I dont see any satallite threats at the moment, but it probably would come in handy in the future. I read somewhere that theres a law that bans countries from using lasers on ground troops. I wanna know who was the smartass that made laws for warfare. We can use bullets, but not lasers. can someone explain that.

A lot easier for the infantry to spot a tank than the tank to spot infantry a mile away covered in brush. Plus its fire and forget. If the tank sees the missle fire, take cover immediately. And thats cool about the lasers. What is the name of that gun that uses centrifugral force to silently shoot metal balls at 8000 fps without and sound or recoil? Looks like the ship on startrek.

the range of T98's laser is 5000m-7000m, 1 mile = 1600M.
