Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
this is no joke. decrease bots & tickets. this worked for me, or it could of been the number of other things i did.
what I gathered was its most likely ram; that causes these crashes. if im wrong, anyone with 1 - 2 Gbs of ram - and battlefield 2 crashes after 2 mins. please post.
I have 1 GB of RAM, and I'm trying to use 32 bots. Should your suggestion still make a difference?
IM just going to review, what I did. no anti-aliasing, tickets from 500 to 1000 (thats when it stop crashing, but it could of been a number of other things), (note. try decreasing bots and see what happens).
It has been a while since I last posted and so much has changed. I will get to all that in a later posting but I just wanted to through this out that I have a backup site up and running, since the Shadowreaver site is currently down. The new alternative site is http://bf2sp64.googlepages.com and that is where I am currently linking my Beta projects to at this time. Version 1.05 is not officially released just yet but the Beta (currently Build 58) can be downloaded there. Check it out!
d/led it, *love* it, only having 1 prob: I like using the "sv.teamratiopercent #" command to unbalance the teams in favor of the opposition, but for some reason its not working.
i have a problem. I installed it and it worked fine. I was just worried however, that it was making my BF2 say kicked for modified content after i reinstalled Bf2 it worked. Will downloading this make Bf2 think you have modified content?
Its annoying that the bots dont go the other flags. Like on 64 Karkand they dont go the back 4 flags...unless Realism mod changes that.
Are you referring to Viathon's v1.04 or the beta 1.05? The 1.04 maps did not have a significantly-expanded bot area (navmesh) since the tools to mod this were not available when it was released. Only the human-playable area was actually increased (although it was possible to have bots spawn in vehicles and operate them outside the navmesh). The 1.05 version (and the map pack that FFOLKES posted) should have true fully-bot-useable maps. Keep in mind that all of these are still technically in beta though.

I got the same problem.. but I also edited some localization files so I'm not sure which one caused it..
I don't see how using 64 maps in SP would have anything to do with multiplayer though...
I recently installed the 1.05 BETA version of this mod, and was really looking forward to it. However, when I tried to start it up, I had no text in any of the buttons on the menu, except placeholder text. Kind of makes it tricky to navigate the menus. Any idea what might cause this?
I tried just copying a set of the levels to my mods/bf2/levels folder, and was able to run the level fine, so it seems to work. (well, one CTD but it seemed to be an isolated incident.)
Question - Is it dodgy to just copy the level files across to my main folder? And should I copy anything else across? I know next to nothing about modding BF2 so use laymans terms...
Great mod though. It's a blast to use the larger maps offline. Many thanks for all your hard work.
I'm new to trying to play single player to get some flight practice in as I just got a joystick. Do I need to download a bot mod as well? Or will this put the 15 bots plus me into a 64 player map?
I downloaded a 32 player bot mod just a few minutes ago. I only ask instead of try right now b/c I'm at work LOL whoring out the T1 and filling my portable drive with some mods b/c my wife and kids are going out of town all next week
