Battlefield 2 Single Player 64 Maps

BF2SP64 is a modification for the full version of Battlefield 2 that will add 16, 32, and 64 player sized single player maps to the original game. Maps also include Mashtuur City, Kubra Dam, & Wake Island 2007. Including the additional Control Points, vehicles, & stationary weapon emplacements that the multiplayer maps have.

BF2SP64 also works great for Coop games in small Lan environments, so you and your friends can combat those bots. PunkBuster and regular MultiPlayer maps will not be effected by this mod but Coop will require everyone in the same Lan to have the same version of Battlefield 2 and this mod. This Mod includes automated Install support & full uninstall capability.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: Is this a 64 Bots Mod?
A: No, but you can use this with a 64 Bot Mod. 64 reffers to the map size.

Q: Why won't it install? I get a message that Battlefield 2 was not found.
A: You must have the full version of Battlefield 2 and you may need to download Windows Script Hosting 5.6 from http://www.microsft.com/downloads

Q: It installed fine but my game crashes to desktop on launch of the maps.
A: You may have some corrupt game files or another mod that might be interfering with this mod. Worst case scenario, you may need to reinstall Battlefield 2.

    Q: How do I start/host a Coop game?
A: Launch a single player game on one machine and note the IP address and port, then launch a multiplayer game on the other systems and manually connect to the single player system. Personally I have not had time to try this myself but I was told it works great.

Q: Can I use other Realism Mods with this mod?
A: Most other mods will work flawlessly with this mod but some may cause unforseen issues such as a crash to desktop during load.

Q: Why does the menu not show the 64 Player sized maps?
A: This is an issue that will be resolved in a future release. It says 16 player but will show you that it is a 64 player sized map on loading.

Q: Are there plans to have multiple maps listed in the menu?
A: Yes, I currently plan to add a selection between the 16, 32, & 64 player sized maps in a future release. I also plan to include Kubra Dam & Mashtuur City for single player in a future release.

Which realism mod? You might have to just install the realism mod and then the coop one.

Hey , this mod is SUPER, its like you play online with all the right flagpositions and vehiclespawns, a really great work.

And its really easy to mix with any realismmod because you only have to copy the 64Maps to the other mod.

              great !

              I give it a perfect 10

But you should include some readme.txt where is described what the installer does, and where the backups are saved.

Currently, to keep the clutter down and keep it as simple as possible (for some people out there) I am only going to put a more detailed readme on the pages that it is posted and also in the install instructions included in the installer.

Sorry man, I did not make any of those and really can not support them. If I were you I would try contacting the makers or ask around in discussion forums for those products.

Mr_47, what version of Windows are you running? Basicly that message denotes that the Battlefield 2 install location was not found and that can be for several different reasons.
1.) You do not have Battlefield 2 installed on your system.
2.) You do not have Windows Script Hosting installed on your system.

yo, i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem - i installed the files etc and it crashed just before the loading level screen. i fixed it by adding the 'CombatArea.usedByPathFinding 1' thing at the end of the gameplayobjects.con.
                            yeah......
i have a pretty heavily modded version so that could be to blame, but do you know anything about what happened? thanks

ps, how the heck did you make this? its incredible. is it all pathfindeded???

The only minus is that you have to buy new CPUs if you wanna play with many bots, i have an A64 @ 2400MHz and more than 40 Bots makes no fun, to much CPU-Usage. But else its doing fine, no crashes or something.
