Guys can you stop saying you know how the scoring system for commander works when you obviously don't have a clue.
Deus is 100% correct and I have verified it myself. There is no need for j-train and the rest to talk out of their arse holes anymore.
I would be interested in more info on exactly how the stat system registers a team win or loss.
I speculate it may work as follow:
Which ever team you spent the most time on gives you a win or loss. So if you spent 20mins on MEC then 15 mins on USMC and MEC win, you would be awarded with the win in your stats. But... is there a minimum time on the sever before you register a win or lose? If you join a server then leave after 5 seconds and the team you joined go onto win the round do you still get the win?
How does this affect earning the war college badge? Well for someone like me who has 342:226 w/l it will be very difficult to ever get this award. I would need 336 wins with no loses! So I have come to the conclusion that I will not be one of the lucky few to get this ribbon. If I played the game with the sole intention of getting this award it will probably spoil the whole game for me. If a team is losing badly and is short on players I often swap sides to help them out and more often than not it is almost impossible to turn the game around so I end up with a loss. If wanted the War college ribbon I would never be able to do this.
DICE chose a very bad stat to achieve for this. Trying for a 3:1 w:l ratio means people will never want to help out the losing side
