where do I extract the files?

With Winzip choose extract all files then browse to your battlefield2 folder.
Click on the mods folder then click on extract.

Thanks, but Im suing WinRAR and I get some kind of error when I try to extract there....I'm gonna try again or maybe uninstall WinRAR

It crashes to desktop after around 1 minute of play. I had to remove it from our news. Let me know when it's stable again and I'll re-post (and re-mirror). (This is directed to Frosty)

Do you get that error no matter where you want to extract to?
If not, just extract it to desktop then cut and paste it to ....\battlefield2\mods
But you already knew that right? :)

I played Strike at Karkand in SP. It ran fine, no crash, but i only played about 6 minutes to test it out. The mod rocks.. Maybe the crash was a MAP issue? Maybe try to re-copy the maps?

UPDATE - I just tried DALIANT Plant. It crashed, so i believe it is a map issue..

UPDATE 2 - I just completed a full SP game on Strike at Karkand- everything went great. Excellent mod, intense...

Just had a CTD when playing Fushe Pass... Played as a marksman.

UPDATE: Played it again. Same setup, Marksman on Fushe Pass this time it ran smooth as silk....

hmmm... I'll look into the crash issues. As of yet I havn't had any crashes.

Edit: Now by thinking about it I think I know why it's crashing. If it's only crashing on the chinese maps I know what the problem is.

I'm not sure what it is, I crashed the first time I played - then I tried again on 2 maps and I didn't have any problems at all.

Edit: I'm probably going to release a hotfix out tonight, because there are some things that need to be adressed. I'll just label it .067.
