How much money did you spend on new hardware just because of BF2?

i think people are getting it wrong its not a competition on who can spend the most for a game thats just silly. why spend several thousand on a game?

I havent brought anything specifaly for BF2 yet. I just finished building a computer before the game was released and i have no intention of buying it at the time. I think i may buy another stick of 512 ram though - £30 or so.

The ggod thing for me is that i did not have to by any thing to play bf2, and you all call dell PC's junk, 3.4ht 1gig DDR2 and Ati X700pro and bf2 runs smooth on the highest setting.....
